He had 9 carries for 18 yards.
I know 2 of those were from the 1 so if you don’t count those he had 7 carries for 16. That’s 2.3 yards per carry. We had 5 more people with more yards rushing yesterday.

Also I don’t under why Damien isn’t getting more carries. He only had 13 carries.

Nothing. Harris has set himself apart as the primary guy and Jacobs adds more versatility. Bo is a great short yardage back and is still valuable to us

He runs with either too much lean or too straight up. Despite his size and contradictory to popular opinion, Bo isn’t the best short yardage back on the team.

His high center of gravity is detrimental to his success as a RB. He should be used as a TE.

Why would you make your lead rusher keep carrying the ball and risking injury halfway through the season when you already have the game in hand?

He hasn't looked good all year IMO.

I agree with that premise, but Bo was getting the ball equal to Harris yesterday when the game was NOT yet in hand. And he wasn't getting it done.

As far as Bo not being a short yardage back, I have to disagree with that. I can't recall a time this season where we asked him to pick up a yard on 4th down (or sometimes 3rd) and he didn't deliver it. I think his size alone makes that a good role for him. I think he's a short yardage guy and a fourth quarter guy. Aside from those roles, Harris should be getting the ball first, then Jacobs.

Bo didn't start to get going until the LSU game last year. Up until that point Harris and Jacobs were playing much better.

Bo is much better in the 4th quarter against tired defenses, with all the blowouts this year he hasn't played much in the 4th quarter.

Ya just like Henry - best used as the big bruiser to completely demoralize a tired D late in the game. Henry just also had to handle all the early quarter work too cause we didn't have anyone else in 2015.

He's pretty good, but he was never the best back on the team. He's great if he can get into the secondary. But as a long strider, he's not that great at getting there. I think he is better suited to running off tackle than between the tackles.

I think as the season progresses and the stakes increase, harris will get more carries.

You know I think your right. Bo was an ATH in high school played some WR, HB. I think he would be great as a TE. He has the frame to block and the athleticism to be deadly once he gets the ball in the open field. If I was BO I would be pushing to get in on being a TE. He most likely is going late round to undrafted after he leaves.
