I expected a really big year from the guy. I watched him abuse centers and guards on the reg and felt like he was a top 3 inside guy this year. Is he living up to expectations so far?

Adjusting to taking on more this season. We don't have the rotation that 2015 and 2016 had. Nor does he have the talent and experience on DL to take pressure off him. But he'll still have a good year. First day pick.

He is still taking on 2 blockers and creating holes for our LBs to feel and make the tackle. I think our pass rush philosophy changed with the front due to those same LB injuries. We have seen more of the "mush rush" from them trying to contain instead of attacking.

The LB injuries killed the pass rush. And we don't have a Jon Allen type at DE/DT.

No doubt. We were already downgrading after losing Anderson on Williams as it was. My hope is to see Moses and Evans rushing the passer at least on third down.

He's very good, but has not been the monster many of us thought he would be this year. Hopefully he takes his game up a level entering SEC play.

I think it's because he had more one on one opportunities last year when teams had to commit extra guys to account for Allen, Williams and Anderson.

He's played great football this year. I've watched him not give up on plays and run down backs/receivers 5-8 yards down field probably ten different times this year. NFL scouts love that shite.

Wel when you've got Ryan Anderson and Jonathan Allen on the outside it makes it easier when they can't double the nose every play.

He and Dexter Lawrence (Clemson) are the best nose guards in CFB.
