While Henry doesn't need to play against Charleston Southern, I don't think Saban would sit him amidst a Heisman campaign. The Heisman ultimately doesn't matter to team goals, but he probably wouldn't cut Henry off like that. I say give him roughly 10 carries, and he can turn that into 150+ yards against Charleston Southern.

Im glade we have them next week so the back up running backs can get some playing time because we are going to need them to step up.

Also seems to have better burst then Henry to me, the potential is there.
