Unless he leaves for the draft, couldn't Dalvin Tomlinson get a 6th year?

He redshirted in 2012.

He played a game or two in 2013 and then got injured and didn't play again.

RS Sophomore in 2014

RS Junior this year

So he'd be a RS Senior next season, 2016.

Then because he missed most of the 2013 season, couldn't he get a sixth year in 2017? Of course if he has an opportunity to be drafted he'd leave before then anyway.

I don't know how all that works out with the medical redshirts etc., but I want to mention that it feels like Jeff Driskel has been playing college football since Shula was our coach.

I did a little research and it depends on whether or not he was medically able to play in '12. It's likely he wasn't medically cleared because he had knee surgery his senior year in high school following an injury playing soccer. But if the NCAA determined he would have been able to play the last 3 or 4 games in '12, they would likely reject the request for a 6th year.
