You can have one scrimmage against another D1 team if you play an exhibition.

Coaches can't comment on a recruit until they sign.
Early signing period starts Nov 9th.
Sexton wants to sign early.....

I don't know. It may just be some general tidbit about how to recruit in the SEC or something. But, judging by the date, I'd think it has to be related to recruiting. The Sexton comment by me is just optimism.

OT: Top 100 players from CBS
Naturally, we play a good bit of the players on this list. Dillon Brooks scares me the most. He dropped 23 on us last year and if I'm not mistaken, they return 3 of their 4 top scorers. Brooks can slide from SG to PF and can score from anywhere on the court.
I also totally forgot Blossomgame came back for Clemson. Good thing though is we get them in Bham and Blossomgame didn't have a good game last year vs us. 2-7 from the field and 0 points from beyond the arc (albeit only one attempt). Most of his production was from the backboards.
Duke effing stacked. Greyson Allen, Jayson Tatum, Harry Giles....my god.

Yeah. It was Pelphrey's idea to be at Sexton's house at midnight for the eastern time zone and then meet with another recruit at midnight in a different time zone. Last year, Johnson and the staff waited until the kids got to school before meeting with them on the first allowable contact day.

Cecil posted that we are scrimmaging Southern today. I hate we are wasting it on them though. We need to challenge the team against someone who can prepare them for the likes of Dayton.
