This should tie in nicely to the future overhaul to Sewell-Thomas Stadium. A nice right field lounge type area.

That's gonna be nice when they get done. Glad they finally did something to recognize her achievements, and show what she's done and accomplished is appreciated by the University.

I can't wait to see how things look in a few years when the stadium overhaul to The Joe is complete. That entire area, the Mal Moore Athletic Complex, Coleman Coliseum, and Sewell-Thomas Stadium will be very nice.

It's not just for Sarah Patterson but for all sports not including football.

Honor well deserved.

Story around town is the board and coach Moore offered Sarah a statue but in light of Patrick Murphy and Mic Potter also winning titles, Patterson declined and requested something that would honor all of the non-football achievements of the University of Alabama.

What exactly is it? A roofless, nonsymetrical wall to honor non-football championships?
