Will it be a in house hire or get someone with UA ties, like Ozzie Newsome or someone else?

the head AD doesn't deal with that shite. they have assistant AD's to handle that. Sarah Patterson used to be an assistant AD and she was over most women's sports. Not sure if she is still there though

Whoever it is, they need to hire them and run Battle's sorry arse. He's gonna let Gaspard stay because he doesn't have the cojones for another coach search/hire since he screwed the pooch on the last one until CAJ fell into his lap.

Sarah Patterson would be great. Excellent at marketing, good with people, and is very close to most of the Alabama athletics
