Hurts is not faster than every QB at the NFL combine.

You don't know that. He very well could be.

Well...according to some...he is a RB playing QB.

He is, just as Sims was.. Not sure if we can win a Natty with a natural RB playing QB.

I mean, unless you're saying they pick and choose which ones to embellish there's been no trend of them shaving time off. Looking at a few from last year's:

Howard: 4.65 - 4.51 at combine
Anderson: 4.72 - 4.78 at combine
Williams: 4.77 - 4.68 at combine
Stewart: 4.43 - 4.49 at combine

Of course we can win an NC with Hurts. Not sure how that is even a question. He went 14-0 as a true freshman before losing the NC on literally the last second. The only truly close games were OM, LSU, and Clemson.

And just so I am getting this straight...just because the kid is an excellent runner, you consider him a RB playing QB?

The Louisiana native also bench-pressed 405 pounds, squatted 500 pounds and had the top power clean among linebackers (335). He’s only been on campus two months

Sims: just a RB playing QB while breaking Bama's passing records.

Sounds totally right.

Apparently it's possible, if he had Alabama within seconds of a title as a true freshman. Maybe he's never what people invisioned him to become after the hype early on. But it's ridiculous to think he won't improve.
