Now they're starting to say that Mack Wilson suffered a broken foot in the locker room after the game and that Hootie Jones dislocated his shoulder. That's on top of the Miller, Jennings, Lewis, and Evans injuries.

I really hope these rumors are overblown because we've just lost six valuable players for an extended period of time if true. And it just underscores why games like the one played last night shouldn't be played in week one.

Well our next four games are pretty easy, or should be.

Hopefully some guys can heal up during that time.

Anyone know specific injuries?

Report: 2 Alabama LBs suffer season-ending injuries
JON COOPER | 5 MINUTES AGO

Alabama’s massive win over FSU Saturday night came at a price.

Two Alabama LBs suffered season-ending injuries against Florida State, according to AL.com. Outside LBs Christian Miller and Terrell Lewis are out for the year. Miller, the redshirt junior, suffered a torn biceps, while Lewis, a sophomore, tore a ligament in his elbow.

Lewis is expected to undergo surgery on Tuesday.

In addition to Miller’s and Lewis’ injuries, fellow LBs Rashaan Evans and Anfernee Jennings also went down with injuries. Evans has a groin injury, while Jennings suffered a sprained ankle, Nick Saban announced after the game.

While Alabama has some depth at the position, losing Miller and Lewis is tough to swallow.

I watched Mack walk to the bus with no boot no limp no nothing. Amazing he could walk that off.

Yeah...the rumor of Mack Wilson's demise are slightly inaccurate. Whoever started that rumor on Bama Online is a POS. By all accounts, Wilson is 100% healthy.

Wonder if they'll flip Jamey Mosley over to SAM with Miller and Lewis down there.

He busted his arse putting on the weight he has, 50 pounds since HS. Talent wasn't an issue, but his rail thin frame was. He looked almost comical playing QB for Theodore, he made AJ McCarron look like Jared Lorenzen.

Man that effing sucks for both of those guys. They busted their arse off and waited their turn. They were both about to break out.

Miller had a hell of a game too.

I'm rewatching right now. His injury had to be very late in the game.

Well we have Ben Davis that redshirted last year that played a good bit as OLB and pass rusher. Damnit I can't even remember his name. Moses and Cowan are freakish guys that can help. These losses hurt and would kill most every other conference team but I think we survive it. Next man up.

Good suggestion by Magilla, since we lose both guys at the same spot, do we have any other suggestions. I don't btw, unless we move moses.

I'm still trying to figure out how Miller got injured. Down to the last 1:36 of game time. And he was last in on the play prior to Francois being hurt.

If true, sucks for Miller, was poised to finally break out and have a big year.
Hopefully Lewis can apply for a medical redshirt.
Yeah Mack looks fine on Instagram, no visible signs so who knows.
I say move Evans back to OLB (for more reliable pass rush) once the groin heals and move Ben Davis back inside.
