OFFENSE
Scoring Offense: 33.1 PPG (46th nationally, 6th in the SEC)
Rushing Offense: 195.33 YPG (36th, 4th)
Passing Offense: 227.9 YPG (65th, 7th)
Total Offense: 423.3 YPG (47th, 5th)
DEFENSE
Scoring Defense: 16.3 PPG (7th, 3rd)
Rushing Defense: 78.5 YPG (3rd, 1st)
Passing Defense: 189.6 YPG (26th, 5th)
Total Defense: 265.3 YPG (3rd, 1st)
Derrick Henry has also accumulated 1,254 yards and 17 TDs in just nine games. He is well within striking distance of Trent Richardson's single-season best 1,679 yard, 21-touchdown 2011 performance. He has at least four more games to break those two records.

He would need to average 142 yards and 1.5 TDs per game for the last three games. It's certainly possible with the amount of touches he is getting. If you average out that 142 yards per game needed by 30 rushes a game, he would need to average 4.7 YPC. Tall task but possible.

Even though he may have to play 15 games to get it, he could finish with 2000 rushing yards.
He needs 746 yards. Over 6 more games that'd be 124.33 YPG. He's currently averaging 139.33 YPG and 5.75 YPC. We have Charleston Southern and Auburn to finish the regular season so he should get good yardage in both of those games, or at least you'd think he would. Mississippi State could be sloppy, and UF has a good defense. Then two potential games against top 4 teams.
I think he can get there, but it won't be easy. Hopefully he has a huge game in Atlanta, if we make it there, because what you do on that weekend matters a lot to the Heisman voters.
I could see his carries against Charleston Southern being limited to 10 at the max, if we even play him. So hopefully he'd bust some runs to up his total yardage and YPC.

Cant see him getting many touches in the Charleston Southern game. He'd have to have huge performances vs Auburn, Florida, and Miss State.
