Doesn't have elite measurables but is playing elite football.

He's winning on technique. Granted the QB's haven't been all world, but he is playing very well as starting CB on this defense.

Long arms help per the play by play guys last night.

He added 3 more passes defended last night, has to still be atop the SEC in that category.
He's playing out of his mind, and with a ton of confidence...

If he doesn't make it in the NFL, he's got a future as a GA under Saban or Pruitt.

Very proud of Levi. Probably the most proud out of him than anyone on the team. His work ethic has been greater than his physical abilities which is very rare on a college team.
According to this site, Carlton Davis leads the SEC with 8. Not sure if that is accurate.
Also, look how DeMarcus Milner had 22 which blows folks out of the water since 2005. I really hate that injuries de-railed his career. Late in his rookie season, he had 3 INTs in two games and was looking strong. :(

We've had former walk-on DB's play in the NFL before, Rashad Johnson, Waine Bacon, ... I may be forgetting one.
If Marcus Spencer had been a step faster he would have made it too. All of these guys were signed by Shula, but Johnson played under Saban a year or two.

Don't think that's accurate, Wallace was credited with 9 before the A&M game by AL.com, AJC, and ESPN.
He has 12 on the season now...

Marcus Spencer was a Dubose recruit. I think '99?

Yeah says Wallace now leads the SEC in passes defended with 12- 3 INTs and 9 Pass break ups.
Actually tied for most nationally with 12 as well. Duke and Ohio player both have 12

Definitely All-SEC at the very least, right?

I'd think so, but we've got to see how he finishes.

Easily. No way he gets snubbed.

To be a walk-on and start for Saban during this unprecedented run is just incredible. To do it at DB is probably even more impressive.

He's also had some bullshite pi calls on him that were just incredibly good plays. He's playing it off his mind. Who would have thought that in 2017 out starting corners would be Levi Wallace and Anthony Averett, and both would be outstanding?

The PI call against him in the AM game was total BS. The ball was 50 feet in the air.

Just want to point out that I noticed Levi standing out late last season and presicited him to ball out this year.
