The lead-up to the game is always the worst week of the year. So stressful.

Its the worst and would be even worse this year. Will be non-stop Kick 6 replays with the caption "Could it happen again?"

I'm pulling for AU to drop an inexplicable game to someone like Arkansas or LSU and then have UGA beat them.

Very possible scenario for them.

Same here. The anticipation is horrible, the adrenaline during the game sucks, and Auburn fans are insufferable before and after the game regardless of the outcome.

I am looking forward to it. Looks like they may be a legit top 10 team with an elite defense.

We're gonna lose. I've prepared myself. We will lose on an Auburn butt fumble backwards pass lineman return TD.

I knew it would come down to the Iron Bowl. If they win out, then I am nervous. Weird shite just seems to happen in Jordan Hare.

It's about time for the every 3/4 year crazy loss to a weird get better over time Auburn team.

I'm not going to be caught off guard this year. I will be in my safe space.

I wouldn't mind if this happened, but it won't matter when it comes down to how they're going to play the game.

Even if they aren't in contention, it is still the Iron Bowl and they would still have the chance to mess up Alabama. They'll bring their best effort, count on it.

ETA - other than UGA, everyone else on their schedule will be lucky to stay within 2 TDs of Auburn.

What happens if we finish 11-1 with a close loss (maybe 7 points) at Auburn....do we still finish top 4?

They are perfectly capable of beating UGA. If that happens this feels like 2013 again. UGA looks better but at AU is another story. AU will be out for some payback.

I mean that's impossible to predict right now. Are Clemson/OU undefeated and there's a 12-1 B1G champ or undefeated Washington? Then yea Bama is probably out. Bama would get helped out a ton if FSU can get it back together. Without that win, and the way the SEC is stacking up, won't be as easy a buy as it was before

It will be a battle. AU has had a very good defense all season, top 5 in the country imo, and their offense is getting better every week. They actually have a passing game now so.

I hate this line of reasoning. FSU was #3 when we played. They suck now because their QB was knocked out of the game and there went their offense. Now its all: "hurrr durrr, FSU sucks....not a quality win"

I mean that plays a factor, but usually a back up QB doesn't make a team go from A+ to C-. It is a respectable win, but I would support the narrative that we haven't beaten anyone to note yet. Definitely a weaker schedule than Clemson imo.
