I looked over at my wife with furled brow every time she cheered for Auburn tonight.

She finally asked my opinion on it. I explained to her that I'd rather Alabama go to a lesser bowl game than to cheer for Auburn and go to ATL. So I cheered for Ole Miss all night and I was genuinely disappointed when they lost.

However, now it's over and Alabama controls their own destiny. The best part is I don't have bad taste in my mouth or a guilty conscious. So shame on your Barn rats that cheered for Auburn tonight.

I was cheering my arse off for Auburn tonight. We needed them to knock off Ole Miss.

I hope Georgia kicks their arse.

U'd rather go to a "lesser bowl" than have the chance to play for the NC??? At first I thought U must be the really dumb one in the family. But then it occurred to me that, after all, she DID marry U!

If the Taliban played auburn. I'll get my picnic blanket hat ready because I'm an Islam for the day. I pulled for ole miss just as hard as I pull for anyone else who plays auburn. And that is as hard as I pull for Alabama and that's saying a 1000 words

There are two schools of thought here:

1.) Never EVER cheer for Auburn, that way if they win, you don't feel bad about having cheered for them, and Alabama still gets the help

2.) Cheer for whatever outcome Bama would most benefit from, including rooting for Auburn, and then if Auburn loses just find satisfaction in their loss

I'm of the group that throws rival hatred to the wind to root for my team's best scenario

To win games the way Auburn does is nauseating.

How many fumbles and tipped balls go Auburn's way is nearly statistically impossible.
I'll hand it to them, they beat the shite out of LSU, but so many of their games come down to the other team fricking up (Bama included last year) at the end, and Auburn runs off the field with the W.

pulled for auburn the whole game. was actually mad when it seemed they had given it away. i dont have any issue pulling for any one if it helps bama. and this sho nuff helped bama.

we now have no more brush in the pathway, just handle our bizziness, one game at a time.

I feel bad for Treadwell and Miss fans though. They feel how we did when Drake went down

I tried like hell, and couldn't do it. I've never seen anything like that program inventing new ways to pull shite out of their asses. It's quite amazing. I feel dirty for sporting the AU logo all week. myself.

I'd pull for a team of Al Qaeda, North Korean, ISIS, pedophile, communist, PETA, democrat all-stars before I pulled for API.

frick em

My mind was pulling for AU, but while I watched the game, I kept wanting OM to win. It was a weird game to watch. Sucks how it ended for the Rebs, but frick them, and frick AU.
