I've been to probably 200 Bama games over the years so I do have a pretty good frame of reference. Hands down without exception Bryant Denny was the loudest I've ever heard in my life in 2005 when we played Florida and beat them 31-3. Bama was a huge underdog. There was a Crimson OUT in place. Funny how that doesn't seem to work out too well for our opponents. Every single down our defense was on the field every Bama fan was on their feet screaming at the top of their lungs. I wish every home game was like that. Seems like the only time the crowd really gets loud is for a big rivalry game like Auburn or LSU or when our defense really needs the crowd's help but for that game even when we were up big, the crowd was relentless. Still gives me chills thinking about that day.

I was on the field helping out ESPN for this game, so I don't know if it was really that loud from the stands, but the 2008 Alabama-Mississippi State game was VERY loud from start to finish. That game was sooo cold. It was a night game and it started to sleet in the 4th quarter.

Yeah I remember 2003. Was at that game as well. I remember being impressed with the LSU fans relentless noise despite Bama never being in the game at all. Completely mis-matched It was total domination from beginning to end.

I was at that game, and it was damn loud in Tiger Stadium that night. I remember Madkin hit Grindle on an 80 yard play action pass on the first play from scrimmage.

We blew a 14 point 4th quarter lead to lose in OT. That was an awesome football game.

Labrandon Toefield fumbled.

Never been to Bryant-Denny. It's on my bucket list and I will eventually go one day. But I remember that 2005 Florida/Alabama slaughter and that was the loudest rammer jammer I have ever heard on tv by far.

I flew down to Athens for the 2008 UGA/Bama game and when Prince Miller took that punt back to the house on the first play of the 4th quarter, it sounded like a damn jet plane taking off in there. Loudest I've ever been to at any stadium.

Bama and Ole Miss are the only SEC teams(well outside of the new ones) that I haven't seen live.
