I really think it's impossible to say Alabama is for sure better than FSU. Although I think Alabama would win in a championship atmosphere.
In college football you HAVE to get it done in the regular season and in some years that calls for going undefeated. It's hard as hell in this conference. Sucks sometimes but it's why the conference is so special. Alabama should have won at Auburn it just didn't happen. It sucks.

Why do I feel like I'm the only one who is meh about this matchup? This Oklahoma team got killed by Baylor and lost by over two touchdowns to tDumpsterfire Texas.
The team isn't even ranked in the top ten in the bcs
if we beat them, what does it prove? If we lose to them, then we are the laughing stock.

Tbh Alabama has 3 glaring weaknesses this year that make me think FSU is better.
The 0line has been overrated as of late. They aren't very good. One of our cornerback spots has a game to game starting job and generally they aren't very good. Also Cade Foster. This isn't mentioning that we dont have a good defensive line with much depth.
Plus we lost to Auburn. I think FSU is the best team in football this year. The only weaknesses they have are speculative ones.

Also being from OKC, I have dreamed of this matchup for years not (02 and 03 don't count.) I grew up rooting for OU. They were my second choice when I was applying for schools. Now I finally get to see them play. Just wish it was for a MNC. Can't wait.
