Good read. That team with Jamychal and Tony Mitchell was a fun team to watch.

Miss having him. Probably one of my favorite Bama players ever.

Loved that team. It was the first team I actually paid attention to all year.

Damn y'all are young. If y'all had fun watching any Bama team in the last decade or so you are young as shite.

Green had a shite attitude, and quit in games quite a few times at Alabama. I am glad to see that he has seemingly matured though.

Maybe I need to rewatch some games, but I vaguely remember he and Chris Hines always giving the most effort.

I was about to say, I'm super glad he matured but I wanted to kick J Green in the nuts 90% of his career. Anthony Grant saved his career or else he would have been another lazy arse talented Gottfried flop.

With that said, it's awesome how he has figured it all out. Really awesome.

Yeah no doubt. I'm not positive, but I surmise that he his from a rough part of Montgomery(my hometown) and probably didn't grow up in the most constructive of environments. When he played hard at Bama, the talent was very evident, he just needed the good attitude to go with it. It looks like he's found it, and has turned into a stand up guy. I love it.

Some people live their whole lives without becoming aware of themselves. To realize, and change one's demeanor and perspective is always wonderful to see. My first post in this thread was crass, and negative sounding. Apologies.

Yea it is. It's really awesome.

No need for apologies, I remember having your exact feelings about him his first few years. I'm guessing he would even agree with it.
