It's ridiculous to blame Kiffin for our lack of offensive production.

Kiffin has been here 3 years, helped us win the SEC every year, and in the playoffs every year, with one title already, in offensive record breaking fashion. He did this with 3 new starting qbs; one a career utility player, one a career backup, and one a true freshman that can't throw the ball.

If not for Kiffin working around the fact that Hurts can't pass, we wouldn't even have been in this game.

He's been the best OC under Saban, but a lot of times he just overthinks things. Today was not a good day for him.

I think Hurts will grow into a better passer. I dont think this QB keepers are easy to execute, over and over again.

UW just came to play, plus their defense has been solid all year, sans the USCw game.

Worst offensive playcalling tonight since the Shula era.

His "working around" it tonight was throwing the ball. This game gets blown way, way out if he sticks to the run. There was no good reason to get away from Bo in the run game like he did. Especially late in the game when he was throwing it on first down.

No Doug cost us games with his play calling.

uhh, we threw the ball 14 times for 57 whole yards.

You can't run every down. You have to have at least a threat that you're going to pass.

Do we blame him for running out of shotgun on short yardage?

Do we blame him for all the penalties on the offensive side of the ball?

Do we blame him for having Jalen Hurts lead our team in rush attempts?

Some of you blame him for everything, in spite of the above noted success with 3 new qbs, and moreover, with a true freshman that can't pass.

If something is working, you keep doing it until your opponent proves they can stop it.

We were destroying them with our running game consistently, so there was no reason to get cute and pass.

I agree. We should be blaming someone who has some responsibility with the offense.

Who was responsible for the previous 2 record breaking offenses that won 2 SEC titles and a national title?

What's the one big difference in this year's offense and last year's offense?

Truth. Nobody wants to believe that Hurts stunk it up even after the entire world just watched it. Worse passing quarterback at Bama since when?

I said I agree with your statement.

The genius that is Kiffin is blatantly obvious. Who else would have called a game like he did tonight?

Perhaps, just perhaps, Hurts will never be able to consistently complete anything beyond the line of scrimmnage. Tua Tagovailoa, come on down!

Come on. I think Lane has more than proven he can teach the quarterback position. It isn't his fault the kid is just a very bad pas
