Is there any chance We get an at large BCS Bowl?

Like the Orange?

Any upside to tonight's heartbreak?
Thanks.

Michigan State beats tOSU

A&M beats Mizzou.

SCAR beats Auburn.

We're back in. We will not drop below 4, if I had to guess.

Do what they're doing at RollTide.com and move on. (Check the current splash page)

Yes. We need Mizzou to lose tonight, and Auburn and OSU to lose next weekend. 2/3 of those at most happen.

Zero chance we show up for the bowl game. 11-2 season.

Mizzou has to lose tonight to make them a two loss team. USCe would then go in to the SECCG and Auburn has to lose. Then If one of FSU or tOSU loses, then we are BCSNCG bound.

It's all lost. What does an orange bowl mean anyway? All or nothing. That's what we pay you for Nick.

The Orange is better than the Chickin Bowl.

I guess I'm looking for a silver lining.

Not too many years ago Bama fans would be proud of an Orange Bowl...

Not too many years ago our coach wasn't the highest paid in the country either. There is never an excuse for losing to a less talented team.

Yeah but Mizzou is starting to take control of A&M. So, it wont matter.

What coach wins every game?
You will never find that coach.
Be happy Bama has Saban.

Won't **

And it doesn't matter. There are 7 or 8 teams in the country better than auburn. We played like shite and lost. We deserve our fate at this point. The title was there for the taking and we gave it away.

I don't think it's too much to ask to beat your outmanned arch rival when you're the highest paid guy in the sport.

There was no excuse to lose this game. Losing to Florida state would have been excusable. Losing to auburn is not. Especially the way it transpired.

I'm thrilled we have Saban, but that doesn't mean he is above questioning. Alabama is bigger than Nick Saban.

I'm happy. I'm happy Bama will be back in the title race next year and with the goal of top 4 instead of the pressue of top 2. Now, for depression, nothing, nothing was more depressing than the Shula years.... the worst experience ever, was knowing that Alabama was (cringes) just another football team. Saban has made us something special. We'll be back and this time with a score to settle with Auburn. You hear that Tigers? There will be a reckoning.

Don't know if the Orange Bowl will take Bama after going there last year. It's the Fiesta or Sugar Bowl, with a very slight chance at the BCSCG. With the pressure off, hopefully Bama will play their best game of the season in the bowl game. I would hate to AJ and the other seniors lose the last 2 games of there career.

Guys...you can't win them all. Fact of the matter is they beat us. Let's be humble and magnanimous and move on.

No. They pick last and will get stuck with N. Illinois.

Sugar Bowl

Only if the SEC champion gets in the BCSCG...not at all a given. With their second pick, the Sugar will have to take the American Athletic champion.

Orange Bowl

Probably. They will get the very first pick, and we will be the highest ranked team available.

Baylor will probably be ranked higher.
