Our roster is insanely loaded right now, probably the most loaded it's been under Saban.

I can't disagree. Just looking at the roster and the coaching staff it's hard to imagine the dynasty is anywhere near finished. This run is going to be nigh impossible to match.

While I hope you're right, I don't see how it can get much better than 3 NCs in 4 years...that's only been done 3 times in history...and the only way to top it would be to win the next 3 CFPs...it's even harder to do it once with the CFP format, dang near impossible for 3 or 4 in a row...if we get another one in the next 3 years, I'd be ecstatic...

2010 taught me to never assume that success is a given. While I agree the talent is there, it also has so much to do with the team and the leaders holding everyone accountable.

Ego management may be the biggest coaching job Nick has ahead of him.

Right, I am basing it mostly on coaching and talent. I am pretty sure we have twice as many 5 stars as any other team in college football.

We no doubt have the best HC in CFB, probably the best staff overall.

Talent and coaching are only part of the equation, leadership is also very important, don't want players to get entitled, and keeping players focused and hungry all season is tough.

i think the hidden benefit of our recruiting now is we have reached a point where if a kid sees too much talent or hard work as a threat to immediate playing time, they don't come here.

which in turn leaves us with a pool of talented guys that thrive off competition.

I agree. Bama has had all this success without a gamechanger at QB.

Look... McCarron was the closest thing Bama had to a gamechanger, and he won 2 titles in 3 years.

Now just imagine if Bama ever gets their hands on a first round QB during the Saban era. Its the only thing missing from this dynasty, and if it ever happens shite is gonna get real. Like holy fricking tits real.

If Barnett is the QB talent people thinks he will be, then Bama will beat everybody by 20 plus.

I don't think Saban will be satisfied until Alabama is beating everyone 65-0 and he can just let his coke bottle do all the post game pressers.
