I think we drub whomever we play in the Bowl. Why?
Our senior class. They are an awesome group and they won't let a letdown happen.

Who are our top 2 candidates for the QB stop next season, and who wins the job?

our senior class will definitely want to go out on a high note. this will not be a repeat of the Utah game.

And if we could get Coker for next year :jump2:

I hope Bama plays Clemson and beats them by 7 touchdowns. I'm not worried about next years QB situation. I just want a 12 win season and show everyone Bama isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Qb will probably be a Sims and Del Rio battle if Coker doesn't come. I wish that Cornwell would be given a shot, but Saban always redshirts freshman qbs.

In terms of the bowl game, I think we will end the year well. The one thing I worry about is being matched up with UCF or N. Illinois in that we may play down to our competition and not be motivated ala Utah.

If Winston gets off, then I assume there's a good chance of Coker coming to Bama. I doubt Sims gets the job, even if Coker isn't here. The kid can't throw.

It will probably be between Morris and Del Rio. I'm sure Sims' name will be in the coach speak, but he'll never be the starter.

Morris and it's not even close. He looked much more refined and polished than any of our QBs.

AJ/CJ won't let a letdown happen, but that said I think it's gonna be really hard for most of the team to get up for any bowl game that isn't the BCSCG. Hopefully they do, or a team like Baylor would upset us and we'd never hear the end of it.

Here is how I see next year.

Bateman/Coker/Cornwell at QB? Could win the Natty.

Anyone else? 11-2. Lose to Auburn and one we aren't supposed to because of their inability to complete a pass down the field.

I'll be surprised if Morris is still on the team next year

In the spring game and fan day, Morris didn't seem to have any touch on his passes. He would just gun them in and most of them ended up being dropped. If it's Morris, we are in for a long year.

Part of me really wants a rematch with Auburn in the Sugar Bowl. My god that atmosphere would be incredible. I don't think it will happen because we are likely heading to Miami for the Orange Bowl. My hope is the Orange Bowl committee says that Alabama went there last year, so the game might not be a sell out.

McCarron didnt look like a world beater in the 2011 spring game, lets remember that...

The team played its best Sat....I dont see a let down. We were in position to win that game multple times buy didnt execute and make the kicks. Im not worried about a let down at all. Since the Utah loss, this team has shown up for every game its played and left it all on the field.

Next yr I think we get bacl the offense when AJ toom over. Heavy on the run and dont allow the tne starter to lose games. As the season goes on, the starter will gain more trust and command of the offense hopefully. Next yr will be huge for Yeldon, Drake and Henry.

Hoping that we decimate whoever we play like we did Michigan State. The bowl performance will be important in determining where we start in the polls next fall...hopefully in the 3-5 range.

I also hope we're able to get Coker, with Morris/Bateman/Del Rio showing much improvement.

Why is everyone saying Bama will lose to Auburn next year? If anyone watched the game Saturday, then they know who the better team was. However, sometimes the better team doesn't win.

I don't see your team letting a bowl get away from them. Especially if it's Clemson.

I hate that saying..."and it's not even close" How do we know? He's never even thrown a ball in a live game.

I really hope that Coker graduates and decides to end his college career in Tuscaloosa.
