What I remember about 2007 Arky is us getting up by like 3 scores and them coming back on us. I guess they did take the lead at the end before we scored the game winning TD.

I was sitting in the corner of the endzone that JPW threw the game winning touchdown to Matt Caddell.

Yeah a lot of people forget how Alabama was dominating that game. Bama was up 21-0 in the first quarter and led 31-10 in the 3rd, then McFadden went full beast mode. Our defense simply could not tackle him late in the game.

I missed that drive. Had a long drive home that night from my dad's, so I left with 4 minutes left. Glad I heard Eli call it live though.

That 2007 Arkansas game started to look a lot like the 2003 game, when the defense started blowing an identical 31-10 lead. Having been at the 2003 game as well, I was starting to get some serious déjà vu. Thankfully we pulled it out.

I've been at the last two in Death Valley. In 2012 i'd accepted defeat because we couldn't do anything in the second half. That one edges out 2014 for me.

Don't get me wrong, when Yeldon fumbled in LSU territory last year I thought it was over,
But being there in 2012 have me at least a glimmer of hope. I had no hope in 2012

Pretty much exactly how I felt last year and in 2012.

The 98 game in Death Valley was even more spectacular. They beat our brains in for most of the game, but couldn't really get on the scoreboard. Then we scored a late TD on a tipped pass, recovered on onside kick, then scored another TD also on a tipped pass to win. It was insane.

For me it was switched. I had the slightest glimmer of hope on that final drive in 2012. In 2014 after the fumble I thought that it was all over.

Yeah, Alabama had no business winning that one. LSU was up 16-7 with under 5 minutes to go and were inside Alabama's 20 when Herb Tyler threw a pick to Marcus Spencer. I think Alabama's first touchdown was a wheel route to Shaun Alexander to make it 16-14. Then after they recovered the onside kick, Quincy Jackson caught the game winner on his second tipped pass touchdown reception of the game, both in the same spot of the end zone. I think LSU doubled up Alabama in every stat and if you didn't see the final score you would have thought LSU won by 30. Crazy game.

Well it wasn't come from behind because it was a defensive play. It will stand FOREVER as the greatest play that preserved a NC for BAMA. I speak of the goal line stand. Most of you are way to young to have even heard of it. 1979 Sugar Bowl. BAMA 14 Penn State 7. Penn State has ball first and goal on the TWO yard line. Everyone knew that if the game ended in a tie Penn State would be the NC as they were the favored. Needless to say they did not make it.

The greatest I've seen is Auburn 2009. There was something funky about that whole game. National Championship and bragging rights on the line. I couldn't watch that final drive. Had to pace around the concourse until we got down to the 5 yard line.

LSU 2014 and AU 1996 would be tied for next.

LSU 2014 - When Yeldon fumbled, I gave up hope. That place was going nuts. We really dug deep for that one. Reuben's hit on the KO sent our players/fans into a frenzy. Knew there was no way we would lose after that.

AU 1996 - Weird game. Stallings announced his retirement. UA got out to a big lead and then AU clawed back. That final drive was awesome.

Tide was at UK in the late 70's or early 80's and the Bear was behind 2 or more TD's with like 2 mins left in game. Bama came back from the dead to win.

2011 Alabama v Auburn in Tuscaloosa.

Auburn was crap all year and Alabama was riding high with JaMychal, Mitchell, Senario, Releford, Randolph all jamming it up all year, the big dance was in sight, some noise in the SEC Tourney would make a tourney bid all but certain (ugh). But we could afford no bad losses. We beat Auburn in the barn by 10 so Coleman Coliseum shouldn't have been a problem.

Auburn took the lead from the start and didn't give it up will the last second... thanks to a JaMychal Green tip in. Place goes nuts, F AU.
