For QBs we just go after whoever Stoops, Jimbo, and Mullen are after

All better than the great undraftable Hurts.
If you don't see that we have a serious problem evaluating QBs when the only NC we've won in the past 5 years was with a Jimbo Fisher QB, then you're a braindead homer.
Our coaches suck so bad at QB eval that they cost us our only loss in 2015, and a possible NC in 2014 by not playing Coker.

Only one of those players you listed has won a title. If not for the Kick 6 he wouldn't have one either because we would have skull drug FSU.
Who cares where Hurts gets drafted? He took us to the national championship game as a true freshman and looks capable of taking us back this year. I'd trade a title, or two, over him being drafted in the 4th round like Dak Prescott.

Blake Sims wasn't the issue with our 2014 team. Without him we lose to LSU for sure and maybe to Auburn.
The run defense against Ohio State was atrocious. That's why we lost.

And you think you're better at evaluating QB talent than Bama's coaches? Sims set the single season passing yardage record at Bama in '14...he's possibly the best long ball passer we've ever had at Bama...
As for the Ole Miss loss in '15, while Coker led a spirited comeback and won the team over, here's his statline for that game:
21/45 for 201 yards, 4.5 yards/pass, 3 TDs, and 2 INTs. If Hurts had a statline like that, you'd go ballistic...
