Yeah, I think TB's minor injury + Humphrey being insanely talented too is why Marlon jumped him. TB will be good too, but there are only so many spots.

Was this a typo? I thought C and LT were the two that were definitely solidified with returning starters and that there would be some more rotation and experimentation at LG, RG, and RT
I thought it was known that Dom Jackson, Kelley and CRob would be starting. Dom got a lot of reps when False Start Brown wasn't in the game

Honestly, center and right guard were the only two up for grabs.

Kinda confusing, you said previously Center was up for grabs, then said Kelly was a known starter

Left and Right Guard were really the only competitions IMO...

Yeah, LG and RG were the only competitions, and even then IIRC LG was solved early in Spring, wasn't it?

Yeah, Ross Pierschbacher locked it down with Alphonse Taylor missing a lot of time.

Would have been a different story with a healthy Shank, like it's played out at RG...

After seeing the depth chart I am very excited. Love seeing the freshman and underclassman in there. Means just reloading not rebuilding next year. We may have to replace starters but many will get enough snaps to slide right in next year.

I also like the depth at DB and not a lot was being said about LBs which has always been our strength but looking at the 3 deep we are loaded.

LBs are apart of that beastly front 7.

Reuben being the Mack in Dime is interesting. I didn't think he could be that guy.

WRs gonna be afraid to run across the field on short patterns.

Our 3 deep on D could be 3 staring groups in any other other than the SEC

So the only injury out there that seems to be an issue for this season is Bo's?

Remember how much CJ Mosley blitzed?

That's why Reuben is there...

This would be our second team 3-4 based on the depth chart:

DE: Jon Allen
NG: Daron Payne
DE: Dalvin Tomlinson
SLB: Rashaan Evans
MLB: Shaun Dion Hamilton
WLB: Keith Holcombe
JLB: Ryan Anderson
CB: Bradley Sylve
CB: Tony Brown
FS: Ronnie Harrison
SS: Jabriel Washington

So that's a pretty solid defense. Front 7 would still be one of the best. Secondary would be decent.

True. I did always thing he could be a good blitzer.

I almost feel bad for the QBs we play.

I disagree. Ross is the best guard we have. Taylor and Bozeman are close. Ross is a better pass blocker, more polished, and equally as good run blocker

More because Ragland will be blitzing from DE in that package.

I'm not sure how much you'll see Foster moving backwards more than he does forward in DIME, even when Ragland plays DE.

It's often commonplace for LBs to blitz in DIME, especially someone with Foster's explosion.

Whomever is at DIME will be keeping a lot in front of them, if they themselves aren't blitzing. Saban in the past seemingly enjoyed sending a subpackage guy and a safety starter on a double blitz.

Most of them know it to. It almost takes the fun out of it. Well, almost.

Hey Bucc, I'm not sure I've seen your reaction yet.

How does it feel having Winston as your QB?

Random, but I used that "What if" simulator thing to match teams from different years together...

This is what it gave me for 2010 Auburn vs 2012 Alabama, though I changed 2012 Bama from "Heavy Run" to "Favor Run" on the Offensive Playbook.

Link cuz pic is pretty big

ETA: It may be broken, below is how it predicted the 2011 Bama/2001 Miami game
