Did Reuben Foster ever announce anything or just quietly decide to stay?

I never saw anything official or from him directly.

I think I read somewhere he made an Instagram post about it a couple of days ago, that may be false though.

This is on ESPN but they could be assuming since nothing official on him leaving he is coming back.

He was tied up in physics lab and cellular biology labs all day yesterday. Never really had time to consider it.
