Was Sark given a contract for beyond the season? Assuming he was, and from what I saw, I would hope he at least is locked up for next season.
Also, why has Brent Venables not been looked at (offered) a HC? Dude can coach them up. I think he is highest paid Asst in CFB but would wonder? Maybe he is waiting for Saban to retire then hope for the Bama gig or get Dabo's spot when he moves to Bama?

Sark has already been hired for next season. I'm sure his contract is more than one year. I'd think he had at least a three year deal.

I've been wondering that for years. He's now had success at two major schools yet you never see his name on any lists for coaching vacancies. I wonder if he sort of knows his limitations and is content with being a lifetime million dollar coordinator like Bud Foster.
