Does this mean we'll see some more of Cam Sims?

Is Charlot taking a redshirt? Seems like ive seen him on the field.

I thought I saw Charlot in plain clothes with his jersey over it on the sidelines against LSU. Did he redshirt or injured? We haven't seen Kief in forever either. I wonder what his deal is. It seems like the only WRs who get passes now are Slottie and Ridley.

Black is one of those recruiting head scratchers. Came in supposed to be all world but never really has made an impact.

Don't forget "I'll drop a big one in a second" Stewart.

It's amazing to me. It seems like we have been very successful getting the WR we want in recruiting, but we are basically down to a transfer guy and a true freshman as reliable options and then occasionally Stewart. I know Foster got hurt which was a big blow. It does seem like we only take about two receivers a year. Maybe we need to up that number because we are missing on some evaluations.

Injuries have set him back...from all reports, he out performed Coop in the Spring of their freshman year but a season ending injury set him back and Coop took it over...and then he got behind not only Coop, but long-time starters Jones and White. Was surprised he wasn't playing more this year, but looks like that was due to this injury...which I hadn't heard much 'bout till now...

Black has battled injuries his whole time here.

Sims will be on the field a lot next year, but he tore his ACL less than a year ago.

Keif, and Charlot are still really young.

Falkins has also been hurt all year. Hopefully he will be a contributor in '16 and '17. If I remember correctly, he showed a lot to the coaches his freshman year, and was on the field a lot last year.

People don't still really believe this do they? Cooper was working with the 1st team O on A-day while Black was with the 2nd team.

You're right, and I probably should have said that there was more buzz 'bout Black in the Spring as opposed to "outperforming" Coop. Black had the big A-Day game and Coop didn't...and the buzz before Black's season-ending injury in August was that he had worked his way into the rotation, albeit an unproven one. Not that the media knows all, but I was reading/hearing much more 'bout Black before his injury...

May have just been that Coop (whom Saban praised in press conferences during the Spring) was doin' his normally workmanlike thing and thus didn't generate as much buzz...as well as fans/media putting too much focus on the Spring game.

The issue with Black besides the injuries is that he seems to have regressed over the years. My guess is he is probably frustrated and has been pressing when he has had opportunities.

I can say for sure that when he was a RS Freshman, Chris, Blake, and Drake made garbage time alot of fun. I hope he can come back 100% as a Senior and become a significant contributor. I kinda view him similar to Dee Hart in alot of ways...
