I still don't know how he got hurt on that play. I've watched it and the only thing I can see is maybe his head hit the ground. Kinda looked like it was face first

Do we need a spot on our scoreboard that shows how many concussions he has left?

Would love to have him back, but it seemed like Evans did a pretty good job in replace of him.

His leadership will greatly be missed.

Yeah the guy is way ahead of pace on concussions in his young career. I wonder if it will affect his draft stock at this point? You would think teams have to start factoring it in with all of the emphasis placed on head injuries.

From a pure talent standpoint there does not seem to be a drop off between the two. If anything Evans is a bit quicker in getting to the qb which may help contain Dobbs some. Foster does have more experience though and is one of the most violent men we have on the team.

I expect all three guys to play. They do have to watch Foster and his concussions though-- does he wear one of the new anti-concussion helmets? If not, he should.

Saban said Jacobs could have played the 2nd half of the Arkansas game, they just held him out.

I hope Foster has a long career in the NFL, but if that doesn't work out, he will have a spot on the coaching staff as a recruiter. He would be the best recruiter in the country.

I thought I remember reading somewhere that he did.

I'll be honest, Foster is a great football player, but if he decided tomorrow to never play another down, I wouldn't blame him at all.

Evans is supremely talented, no doubt. But Reuben's instincts are on another level. If you notice, Rashaan still has a tendency to over-run plays. His speed is ridiculous, so it often ends up pushing the QB or ball carrier back into traffic, but Reuben is still a heat-seeking missile. If he gets his hands on you, you going down, with a thud...

It took the young man a couple of years to play with discipline and proper technique but when it clicked for him he instantly became one of the best 4 or 5 guys on the team. He has a chance to make some serious bank in a few months.

Yeah, from the way the story read I'm not even sure he was diagnosed as having a concussion but since they were not sure they took the safe route, which is the right thing to do.

NS said it was not contact with anyone but the way his head hit the ground.
