... the fact that some of you queermoes complainersize about Henry's propensity to be easily tackled low. You do realize, right, that every teams'opposing coaches teach just that - tackling big RBs low - and that it's football 101 and taught at the peewee level. Sure, I'd love to see a bit of improvement from him of the tackle-breaking variety, but the kid's a monster asset, and any insinuation to the contrary is an exercise in being asinine. Everybody gets tackled. His is usually lower. Shut up.

Dear Reese Dismukes: Everyone who ever loved you was wrong.

Les Miles is colossal clown-shoes. LSU is the easiest place in CFB to build a dynasty, given the talent pool and lack of competing in-state flagship university. Fine, he's a decent recruiter, but I watched with my own eyes as he sprinted down the sidelines signaling for a spike with :01 left, then immediately, firmly, and decisively blame his QB during his on-field interview. The A.D. made him change his story before his official press conference, but Les Miles has the IQ of an abortion-queef. As Tommy Lee Jones told Jim Carrey while smiling and shaking his hand, "I hate you." When asked why, he replied, "I cannot saction your buffoonery." Les Miles deserves a lifetime achievement award from the Special Olympics. No offense to retards.

Christopher Nolan has directed 2 of the 3 best movies ever made. Unrelated, but I thought of it. The other one is The Matrix.

Pregunta: When the media and the internet discuss the likes of Bama and, let's say LSU, they quickly point out the lack of known commodity at QB as a big question mark and reason to doubt the teams' title hopes. I don't agree, but it's a legitimate issue. How the hell then, do the same folks disregard the issue of auburn not possessing a soul worth remembering on defense outside of Carl Lawson? Sure, they'll see a modicum of improvement with the coaching change, but it's year one. Installation does not happen overnight. The Tree Huggers are once again half a team, yet this is not as big of a question mark as QB?! Is everyone that focused on Offense only? I'm flabbergasted.

Rueben Foster reminds me of that kid in the Eddie Murphy/Martin Lawrence vehicle about being in jail, the kid good at baseball. He kinda looked like a black, in-shape, Shrek. This doesn't sound like it, but it's a compliment. Foster is gonna hit someone so hard, their grandmama's food stamps explode. Like, just murder a dude. Hit him so hard he gives birth. To an Orc wearing a Bama jersey.

Come to think of it, Shrek is just a fat, lazy Orc.

Arkansas is the real deal. May be Bama's biggest test.

When I think about all you sh!t-arse Bama fans who complain constantly about a mistake some player made, I doubt I can eat a sufficient amount to appropriately sh!t down your collective necks. These guys bust their @sses, sweating and bleeding for Crimson, and you have the audacity to down them personally because they made a mistake whilst providing you with virtually free entertainment. F@ck you in your f@cking faces. Anything less than 100% support is the sign of a small man.

Memento. And Interstellar.

In summation, tennessee sucks, auburn is a cesspool, and here's to 15-0, after straight smokin' ohio state for the title in January. Roll Tide.

I actually rather enjoyed, and agreed with, most of that rant.

Kudos.

You had me until you left The Dark Knight off your list. You are a disgrace.

I love the Arkansas warning and I'll add that Drake and Black will be household names by season's end.

You're quite the expert on the effects of trailer-trash brain poison. It leads me to believe that you're a whole class of person beneath me, maybe two.

is a blatant advertisement of your stupidity. You just announced to the world that, for you, reading for a continuous minute is a taxing chore - on a text-based internet forum. I bet you go to restaurants and complain that there's food.

This is why I like Joel Klatt (FS1). He basically said the same damn thing on the radio here.

They all seem to gloss over what Bama has done to Muschamp's defenses in recent matchups too....

The one thing that does seem to stand out to me though is how quickly the media seems to forget about things. Such as the QB issue. McElroy's first season = championships, McCarron's first season = championship, and Sims only season = SEC championship and playoff appearance. Saban has shown that his teams can thrive under first time starters, but it seems to get glossed over every time we have to replace a guy there.

Or the WR thing. "How are they gonna replace all of that production they lost at WR?" Well twice under Saban we've had 2 true freshmen step on the field and immediately be the best guy at the position. We probably have the most talent there collectively that we have ever had.

I think the problem lies with the fact that the average football fan simply follows the ball when watching a game, and this leads to an overestimation of the QB's importance and a disregarding/lack of understanding of the importance of the other 10 players. Additionally, the Heisman trophy, movies, and what they remember from peewee football emphasizes the notion that the QB is much more important then everyone else.

No doubt, the QB is a vital cog in the machine, but he's only one cog, and his importance varies from scheme to scheme. Malzahn's scheme, without a very specific type of QB in place, is rendered useless, while Bama's scheme simply needs a person to make the proper pre-snap adjustments and distribute the ball in classic ways without turning the rock over. It's like comparing apples to firetrucks.

This line of thinking in CFB drives me nuts. Constant personnel turnover is and has been a crucial part of the game for over a hundred years. It's fundamentally illogical to think that Bama "needs" to replace Cooper's production from last year, when that production existed in a time vacuum that's long gone. Last year is gone, and nothing needs to be replaced or replicated. This year, we simply need create and execute a scheme to effectively matriculate the ball down the field with the talent we have, which is considerable. Last year has absolutely no bearing whatsoever on this year, and last time I checked, we've been recruiting on a virtually unparalleled level for years. Fans and media thinking that the Bama coaches are running the halls of Tuscaloosa, frantically searching for a player to do what Cooper did last year is the definition of believing fiction to be reality.

Not sure what my not wanting to read your nutty rant has to do with the Dunning Kruger's toxic effect on modern political discourse, but ok

You not wanting to read it is fine.

You not wanting to read it because it's too long and believing that nugget of truth needs/wants to known by anyone = pathetic.
