A former UAB quarterback is now a member of the Alabama staff.
The Crimson Tide has hired Mike Miller as an offensive graduate assistant, as first reported by Fox Sports.
Miller will work with quarterbacks and wide receivers, according to his Twitter bio.
The 26-year old was a student assistant coach at Clemson in 2015 and spent last year as a high school offensive coordinator, helping Charlotte Christian in North Carolina go 10-2 and advance to the state title game.
This is the second recent grad assistant hire for Alabama. The Tide hired former Alabama safety Nick Perry as a defensive graduate assistant
