That's what someone posted on the rant. Makes sense. It also explains why we scheduled the game with Texas on our own.

Thanks for relaying that, I was wondering how they chose the teams and why we were left out 2 yrs in a row. Hopefully they go back to the top 10 teams, cause we will be in the top 10. I don't like choosing at random, reward the best teams.

Pretty sure I read he's planning on going JUCO so he doesn't have to sit out a year.

Wants to be closer to home, which is out west so I would say no unfortunately.

Not at all. He wants to sit out a year and the talk is that he wants to go to school out west.
The guy I am interested in is Malik Newman. He has also withdrawn from the draft and is possibly looking to transfer.

Wow, I haven't heard that! We could be a contender if he does transfer, we got in on him late after Avery was hired.

Luka Garza is hoping to officially visit Bama at some point in June. That's really the only news.

Sucks, but we'd likely have no shot. Blocking transfers to in-conference teams is a common practice in basketball.

Yeah, not thinking I didn't even think about that. There's no way they would let him transfer inside the conference. I clearly wasn't thinking. Too bad, he's a heck of a player and I think we finished top 3 for him. He really liked Avery and Mo williams was his aau coach wasn't he?

Yea it was him. He played really well in the 2014 NCAa tournament and would've been a first round guy if he had come out

I haven't watched his film yet,but I think with Giddens in the fold now that we will not sign another center. We still have Hall for another 3 years as well. Jaren Jackson is 6'10 ,but is considered a power foward. I hope we get Jackson though, that guy is crazy good!
