I turn to the game for 2 minutes and see a girl drop an easy ball that went right at her.

She has been horrible. Inconsistent, small strike zone on top of not seeing the pop up that hit the net.
She is an embarrassment.
ETA: Our hitting has only been slightly better than her calls however.

I'm pretty sure she missed a ball 4 on an OU hitter as well.

To her credit...she has pissed off both coaches.
I don't think she has singled out 1 team...she just has been very weak

Do we have another pitcher besides the freshman? It's obvious she is out of gas.

One of the things I have never understood about softball is how stubborn coaches can be to make a change. I get that your #1 is the #1 for a reason, But when they are obviously gassed why not go with your #2? Who is 16-1 this year.
I also do not understand why we don't pinch run for Spencer?
I guess softball and baseball are more different than I ever realized.
ETA: I predict Runyon redeems herself, gets a big hit/HR after struggling thus far. Maybe.
