This appears to be for an event of some sort, but this would be a funny rookie prank - telling a rookie QB to go to a bar and wear his jersey to hit on girls and make sure that he mentions emphatically that he is Jared Goff of the Rams.

Fournette will need to keep wearing his jersey as he'll be unnoticed outside of LA the rest of his career at LSU and in the Pros.
