Former 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick caused a lot of drama this pass season kneeling through National Anthems all season long. The dude still hasn't found a team in free-agency, but he went out and decided to give back, passing out suits outside New York parole offices...

I guess he made enough NFL contract money to be an attention whore in daily life since no NFL team will touch him.

I read "Here's Colin Kaepernick passing out.." and got excited. I kept reading, and was disappointed.

Lost the enjoyment of pro football because of people like him. If only be had just played the game. People fight for that flag that be disrespected. This is a role model for some?

downvote this if you're a racist old white man.

Not white but will downvote any a-hole that enjoys the liberty I fight so he can speak freely but disrespects the anthem of the country I voluntarily fight for. On the other hand, upvote this if one thinks you are black (in any form) or an imbecile that wants to be different.

He should trade his citizenship to some poor unfortunate person from another country, and then leave!

Why? Because he spoke his opinion and you didn't like it. Man, you're sounding pretty liberal there. Don't be so triggered.

He is worth $25 million and does not need to play. He had fewer convictions when he was poor. Where was that knee his rookie season?

looks like he just donated his old suits to another person who does this as a charity. I think Ill pose for instagram next time I drop off boxes of clothes, etc... to charity.

I wonder in 15 years from now he sits and wonders about all the money he pissed away all because he wanted to be an attention whore. It always seems that mixed people always go all out to prove their blackness to other blacks

Bad comparison here but I know another person that gave away everything and wasn't worried about financial gain. His name was Jesus. Not the greatest of comparisons but just going on a limb some to show that this is silly to bash a guy for doing this when it might be his exact goal.

Your convictions and morals >>>> money and fame . He's set for life already. What more does he need? He won't have to work for the rest of his life

Yeah...Jesus was well known for partying in Miami and insulting vets. Great comparison. You really get it.

Don't necessarily agree with him, but I respect Kap.

Respect kap for doing what he believes in and not backing down despite it costing him millions and a possible career. Kinda feel bad for him though, keep passing out suits and donating millions and he'll be broke.

He's a good man. Ex-cons, who we give a second chance (many who are coming out of jail off of petty and minor drug offenses) have a tough time getting jobs and tough time getting adjusted to society after they do their time. This is the land of the brave and the free and of the second chance. Glad to see someone lend a hand to some people in need

I don't necessarily agree with his viewpoints but I'll admit that he's given more back finacially and time wise than myself and probably 99% of this board. So he's putting his money and time where his mouth (knee?) is, so for that, I'll give him kudos.
