Ohio State's marching band paid tribute to "The Wizard of Oz" during halftime of Saturday's game versus Cincinnati. To to put their signature on the performance, they made the Wicked Witch of the West a Michigan Wolverine. Check it out...

Another Youtube sensation...

It's OK but when you break it down:
-All of the detail is really available only to one portion (btwn the 20s and only above some pretty high row) of one side of the stadium.
-The musical arrangements are simplistic and mundane; they have to be because it's really about the marching design, not the music.
-If the band's so great, why do they have to tell such time-worn stories with a bunch of children's theater actors running about on the field?
-Most original element: deamonizing Michigan
