Video has emerged of Buccaneers rookie WR out of Texas A&M Mike Evans getting into a brawl outside a night club back in March. This potentially makes Evans exempt from scrutiny under the personal-conduct policy, since he wasn’t an employee of any NFL team in March. Per TMZ...
quote:

It all went down outside Dream Nightclub … where the #7 overall pick in the 2014 NFL draft was screaming at bouncers. We’re told Evans had been partying inside the club moments before the video begins.

While Evans unloads on the staff, a person who appears to be in Mike’s entourage throws a punch at a bouncer … and that’s when all hell breaks loose.

During the melee, Mike gets knocked out of frame … but comes running back into the center of the madness … throwing a haymaker.

I like how the cops are already there and then when the fight breaks out they walk away.

Maybe that club should hire Rashard Robinson to handle Evans.

I could've sworn he is a WR and not a TE.
