Ole Miss has a new recruitment tactic up their sleeve. The Rebels sent five-star defensive end Cece Jefferson this picture of an iPhone with a Twitter feed open, with Scout, Rivals, and 247Sports announcements that the Rebels had received a Signing Day 2015 commitment from him, as well as Kirk Herbstreit saying that Freeze is “building something really special” in Oxford. With the way the NCAA operates and some of the insane rules they have, I can't see how this is legal. So you can't mention a recruit by name until he signs, but you can photoshop a commitment with his name? NCAA makes no sense
