"He's going to have to have some surgery on his knee," said Sweat's mother, Carlette Sweat. "He won't be playing again this year. He wanted to try to get back and play with his team, but he has to have surgery."

Sweat, a five-star prospect at Oscar Frommel Smith in Chesapeake, Virginia, suffered the injury in the second quarter of Friday's game against Western Branch. MRI results revealed a dislocated knee and ligament damage, his mother told ESPN.com.
Sweat holds offers from Alabama, Auburn, Clemson, Florida, LSU, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina, Texas A&M, USC and many others.
