Multiple sources are reporting thatGeorgia wide receiver Justin Scott-Wesley will not play in the season opener against Clemson. Per AL.com:

The talented wide receiver has been dealing with an ankle injury. He sat out Friday's practice, but The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Scott-Wesley won't play against Clemson even if he gets healthy.

Offensive coordinator Mike Bobo, who took a moment to talk to the media after Georgia's practice, broke the news.

Scott-Wesley will miss the opener because of an arrest last fall. He was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession while being sidelined with a torn ACL in 2013. At the time, Mark Richt did not mention what type of punishment his receiver would receive, but he did say that the Bulldogs would follow their standard conduct codes when deciding the suspension.

Ummmm this has been known for about 8 months now. Even if he was 100% healthy, he is suspended due to a weed issue. Why is this even a story?

Why did you cite AL.com who just cited AJC? Why not just use AJC?
