St. Louis Rams quarterback Sam Bradford left Saturday night's preseason game against the Cleveland Browns after suffering a left knee injury in the first quarter. Per ESPN:
quote:This was Bradford's second start of the preseason after returning from a torn left ACL that he suffered against Carolina last year that ended his season.
A league source told ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter that initial tests did not show any damage to Bradford's surgically repaired left ACL.
The source told Schefter the Rams "dodged a bullet."
Bradford will undergo an MRI no later than Sunday, a source told ESPN Senior NFL Analyst Chris Mortensen.
