Texas offensive lineman Darius James said that he has been released from his scholarship and will transfer. Per CBSSports.com:

Redshirt sophomore guard Darius James confirmed to the Austin American-Statesman on Tuesday he would be transferring after two years in Austin. Per Horns247.com, James has been given an unconditional release and is free to transfer to any other NCAA school, even those in the Big 12.
James, a 6-5, 304-pound lineman from Harker Heights, Texas, started two games last season but played in six.
