People who have no tolerance for the rights afforded to all Americans are not worthy of this country. I have served this country as a US Marine, and have seen what happens to civilians who don't have the right of free speech. When someone protests, we don't have to agree with them, but it is an opportunity to be proud to be in a country that allows that person to protest. Patriotism is not standing up during a sporting event. Patriotism is realizing our country is strong enough and special enough that we as citizens can disagree and still be civil, unlike many countries. Instead of insulting other Americans, go volunteer to serve. Walk a patrol in Iraq or Afghanistan. Then you will have a true appreciation for the unique rights afforded to us by our constitution.

Any able-bodied person who won't stand for our national anthem and salute our flag should be killed. Because you're a communist.

So, she got all butt-hurt because a couple people were "disrespecting the flag" by calmly kneeling instead of standing solemnly, hand over heart, singing along. And, what was she doing? Oh, right, running around throwing her drink on people. That behavior during the anthem totally shows respect to it and the flag. #irony
