It’s funny that the Tech mercenaries make you forgot how much Texas probably spent themselves to win these last two titles.
I guess it’s a little different because they got them out of high school, kept them from transferring, and developed them.

Kavan is making them look foolish.
No leadership right now.

Why’s your coach showing his emotions on the field? He looks defeated out there
Yeah, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a coach have such defeated body language. How are his players supposed to feel confident?
Jimmy Haslam’s control/influence over the Tennessee football program’s decision making is a huge part of why they’ve sucked for the better part of two decades.

Auburn led 13-10 in the 3rd quarter.
Florida also led 28-21 in the 3rd quarter.
How does this completely incorrect “fact” have 7 upvotes? On an LSU forum no less.

Glasco is an idiot. This is called overcoaching. It might work out here, but Canady is not giving up 6 runs.
If Glasco doesn’t do something stupid like pulling Canady again, I’m doubtful we can get 4 runs off of her.

Does UF not have another pitcher?
We don’t. Our #2 Ava Brown who was only a slightly above average as pitcher her entire career was injured early in the season and hasn’t pitched since.
This is gonna be tough to win now.
I hope Walton shows them this clip in thr locker room.

I think it could be beneficial. Gives Rothrock a chance to regroup mentally. And gives the coaching staff some time to go over the gameplan to attack Canady.

Walton probably squandered some great opportunities at having a couple more titles when he had the pitching staff of Barnhill/Gurley/Ocasio and the offensive squads he’s had the previous two seasons. But he’s arguably had more success than anyone not named Patty Gasso.
What the hell was Vandergriff doing? There are 2 outs.

Florida first team in the Supers. Time to spend every waking moment prepping for that mercenary from Texas Tech.
I’d be shocked if this Florida offense can beat Canady twice to get to OKC. But Walton somehow finds a way to get there more often than not.

He should have looked both ways before crossing.
Should have thrown Gerard Butler in this and called it Plane 2.
re: No troll...UF fans how do you feel about Jon Sumrall? He's an odd guy
Posted by xenythx on 5/6/26 at 6:53 am to The Pirate King
Way different from Napier.
Napier was a “process” guy who cared more about being everyone’s friend and creating “life champions” than actual results on the field.
Sumrall seems like a cutthroat “win at all cost” kind of guy. He seems like the kind of guy who might recruit some players with borderline character concerns, bend the rules to their extreme limit, or go a little light on disciplinary action if it helps him add another win or two.
Who knows if the results will be any different. But history has shown that this method works better than the Napier rah rah stuff.
