Pointing out Walt’s faults or misdeeds doesn’t change what Skylar was. You’re just creating a victim scoreboard which is beside the point.
the point is that it explains why she is the way she is in the show that we get to view. Presumably, earlier in their lives they were perfectly happy together and we even get glimpses of it in a couple flashbacks. It's not like she's always been a mega bitch, just like he hasn't always been a meth dealer.
Once he got cancer, lied about it, refused free treatment, lied up adn down and sideways every day to her, then ultimately admitted that yes, he is manufacturing meth, all of thsoe are just more pieces to the puzzle of why she acts the way she does.
It's not a "victim scorecard" it is literally explaining the reason why she acts the way that she does.

Walt is a POS and really has no redeeming qualities.
yet we never get threads saying "is walter white the worst TV husband OF ALL TIME???" like we do wtih skyler. Why not? Beucase he's the main character and he's "cool" and we want to see him get away with it, while skyler simply gets in his way.

Do you equate winning your professional football league to advancing to an 8 team tournament?
I equate both events as passing the final round of multiple challengers before advancing to the big final show, yes.

do you feel the same way about the NFL giving out trophies for winning the conference?

It's obvious what's on their minds. That you are a Tom and not down for the cause.
it's likely a lot less serious than that.
When I was in HS there was a group of other kids we referred to as scrubs. The local hospital supply store had little stake signs out by the road all the time that had SCRUBS real big with an arrow. One night we took a bunch of those signs and put them in someone's yard. Just dumbass teenage idiots doing dumbass teenage stuff. I'm sure the store thought "now who in the absolute HELL would want to steal those signs???"
Likewise in this case I wouldn't think there's some big nefarious targeted reason, I think it's probably just stupid kids wanting to steal something for whatever reason. Subject matter not important.

Man if Old Mrs doesn't wipe the floor with their side of the bracket something is wrong with them
they really need to reseed once the 8 teams are set.

In fairness to Frisco/Collin county, these idiots you see in the courthouse video are not from the area, they are well know Black racial agitators that were brought in to stir up rhetoric..
I think the dude's overall point is the same regardless though. There eventually just becomes less and less reason to ever willingly put yourself aroudn those people for any reason.

I’ve got a four year son (blonde hair blue eyed) and when this happened I immediately started looking to move back to the area I grew up that is still to this day 98% white.
We are closing on our new house in said area the 24th of this month and seeing this trial and how the blacks are supporting this piece of shite gives me further proof my wife and I are making the right decision for our boy.
I have had ENOUGH of this shite and this culture.
we lived in a nice area that is consistently praised as one of the best suburbs you can live in in america. Whenever people talk about the schools it almost always begins with "they're so diverse". Instant red flag for me. Our kids aren't even elementary school aged yet (but close) so we moved 2 miles down the road into a different school district that is much, much less diverse and almost all white. And wouldn't ya know it, it also happens to be a unanimous top 3 system in the state and the city has practically zero crime whatsoever. Crazy how all of those factors go hand in hand..

Well, it did produce one of the most compelling Supers ever
Well that's what happens when you put what should be a CWS finals matchup in the super regional pairing instead.

Pretty sure Bama still has a chance
well they're playing st fricking johns so they're a mortal lock to make it to omaha. Some guys get all the breaks.

I think we can both agree it would’ve been nice to host cal poly or Little Rock this weekend instead.
You sure got that right. The main takeaway here is frick the NCAA. After already being 4-0,. we didn't have a single GD thing to prove against MSU yet that's what hapened anyway. Guarantee MSU is in omaha right now if paiured in most of the other brackets.
In typical UGA-boning fashion we of course have the toughest path in OMaha as well since there's no reseeding. So we'll square off with Texas, likely teh 2nd best SEC team all season, while the other bracket gets midgets like WVU and Troy. Yes, I know about troy, spare me.
We got a totally shite draw in supers and are getting a totally shite draw in omaha. The bright side is that if we get by Texas in game 1 in omaha, MAN we've gotta feel good about ourselves. Bama isn't really scary (nor is KU/OU) so if we get by that one we've gotta feel nice.
And I truly do not fear anyone on the entire left side of the bracket.
ETA: any updates on vigue? Our pitching lately has left a lot to be desired but they're gonna be what carries us in omaha. Our hitting is good regardless of where we play so no worires there but we're gonna run into some other damn good hitting teams so we need our guys to not serve up a "zach brown 7th inning" type of performance

Got some demons to exercise for that fresno state bullshite
more like the damon evans bullshite. Switched our bats right before the postseason and homers we'd hit all season were weak little baby flys in omaha. Busted bats galore. All becuase of some retarded contract/money situation.
If we keep our same bats we had ALL SEASON LONG we're the 2008 champs and nothing will ever convince me otherwise as long as I live.

Neither teams pitching staff is gonna have much left. Basically which team has the better hitting, and I think that'd be us.
Really hoping we don't have to get to that point though.

She gets no points at all. Belittled and sniped at Walt from the beginning, hypocritical and judgmental, a criminal and a cheater. She’s not innocent in the least.
ah, this trope again. I suppose nickelback is the worst band that's ever been assembled on earth too, as the internet woudl have you believe?
-Skyler realizes walt is somehow, someway involved with a druggie loser although she doesn't know how. She (reasonably, in this scenario) assumes he sells walt pot. For a guy that has never touched a drug, I can see how this would be alarming and she honestly doesn't really act out as much as one might expect.
-Walt is extremely devious. He is out late, and upon telling her another lie about why he is coming home late from working, she tells him she knows he was fired 2 weeks ago. At this point, skyler knows that walt is not working but is out late and not being forthright, and is also involved with a drug dealer. She has every single right to be upset.
-Walt hid the fact that he has cancer from her for some time, I believe it was a few weeks. How would a spouse not be pissed about this?
-When he finally does tell her about the cancer she is supportive and finds great medical care. Problem is that walt now has to empty his pension (to her knowledge of course) to pay for it, leaving them basically dead broke. Every one in this situation would be reasonable frazzled.
-grey matter offers him a position to work, which he turns down. They go a step furhter and simply offer to pay for the treatment outright, he turns that down too. Why in God's name shouldn't skyler be pissed about this?
-walt continues to be aloof and nearly rapes skyler in the kitchen before she has to make him stop (somewhere late season 1 early season 2 this was
-hank tells skyler that the phone company looked at the records and walt did not receive a phone call when skyler knew he did, thereby informing her he has a 2nd cell phone. One more lie on top of lies on top of lies.
-Eventually when the lies are so numerous they can't be kept straight anymore walt does come clean. He tells his wife that he is a manufacturer of methamphetamine. Hello, this is enough to make anyone angry.
-When their relationship can't continue as normal she wants to separate which they do. Walt then ignores this agreement and breaks into the home (locks were changed) and won't leave. She calls the PD and they basically say "look lady, if you can tell me ANYTHING whatsoever that would make me need to remove him I will. Anything at all" but she keeps quiet and didn't give him up.
-She decides to pull up her bootstraps and go back to work to support her family. When she sees Ted is cooking their books does she turn him in? No, actually she gives advice on how the books need to look in order to keep suspicion off of him. She easily could have sent the dude to jail that afternoon but she helped him out as well.
-When Saul wanted to buy friggin laser tag or a nail salon, she again is the one that had the good idea to buy the car wash since walt had a history there and it makes far more sense. She's also the one that did the research on the numbers to come up with a viable offer, and went by herself to do the deal.
-When that was rejected, she's the one talking to Saul's dude in the ear piece giving the laws and regulations that were being violated. Once again another way in which she helped out majorly but doesn't get any credit.
-When they have the car wash she actually works there and helps do the laundering.
-Even when walt did sign the divorce papers, which is what she originally wanted, since she at this point knew about the meth she intentionally didn't sign the papers becuase of some legal thing about husabnds and wives or something. Can't remember exactly but again it was to help protect walt.
-That dumbfrick ted beneke was $600K in the hole to the IRS and they were about to come donw on him hard and investigage every square inch of his life and business. Skyler gave him some money to help start paying his debt and he blew it on a car for appearances like the retard he is. So she had to steal the basement money to pay off the feds to keep them away. Considering she was beneke's accountant, don't you think it's reasonable that once the IRS starting in guns a blazing that they'd look heavily into her life as well? If she didn't steal that basement money, the feds are on them and the jig is up. She did that to lierally save the family.
People essentially hate on skyler for 3 main reasons:
1) She fricked ted
2) She gave ted walt's money
3) She's a speed bump in the way of the protagonist that we pull for
Cheating is unforgiveable so I understand #1. #2 people copmletely and totally ignore the reason for it, which without it the white's are toast. And #3 is just an everyday thing you see in any media.
Point being....Skyler is not NEARLY as bad as everyone wants to portray her. And I have no idea why. It's one of those internet memes where a couple people pointed out that she sucked and they hate her and then before you know it it ballooned into articles and blogs all writing about how "Skyler White is the worst TV character....EvErARRRRR"
The make believe fake record? Sure, anyone could I suppose.
