re: 2013 Florida Football Recruiting Thread. (Commits, News, etc) great pick up, I would have loved for him to play this year, Oline getting better any news on the ND vs UF battle for the oline from MA? I know he is in ND spring game today. Reply Back to Top
Nevermind commited to ND Reply Back to Top
When Garcia committed to UF, we had no chance at Montelus. Reply Back to Top
What's with DeMarcus Walker flashing the Alabama A at camp? Reply Back to Top
Who knows. Could be legit, may not be. I still say he picks UF. BTW 2 more UF commits picked up invites to the opening today. Powell and Fulwood both received invites. FWIW, this was Fulwoods vest for prom... ![]() Reply Back to Top

Is he a must get now that Bosa has committed to OSU? Reply Back to Top
IMO the only "must gets" are at WRs and OL after 2012 only 2 for each Reply Back to Top
Not a must get, but we could use him at SDE. Reply Back to Top
Well getting Max Garcia was huge and hopefully we can get Tunsil Reply Back to Top
Tunsil seems like he's a little leery of us taking Garcia. I still feel like it's a UGA/UF battle, but there's a really long way to go with him. He's a signing day kid, so it's hard for me to really get into his recruitment yet. Reply Back to Top
they must have some fine girls in Georgia cuz I dont understand why they would want to go there Reply Back to Top
That vest is sweet Reply Back to Top

| @DerekTysonESPN: Despite the rumors, Jacksonville (Fla.) Sandalwood DE Demarcus Walker tells me he will not visit UF this weekend. #Gators #Bama Orlando Senitnel Demarcus Walker of Jacksonville Sandalwood looks to be leaning toward Alabama By Chris Hays | Orlando Sentinel 12:21 a.m. EDT, April 24, 2012 The 6-foot-4, 255-pound Walker, who is ranked No. 11 in the Sentinel’s Florida Top 100, has narrowed his more than 25 offers to three: Alabama, Florida and Clemson. Following the Gators’ spring game, WR Ahmad Fulwood of Jacksonville Bishop Kenny, committed to UF and then quickly turned to recruiting his friend Walker. So did two other Jacksonville Gator commitments S Nick Washington and LB Daniel McMillian of First Coast. Those four players have formed a bond through getting to know each other on the recruiting circuit, and sticking together had become a goal, according to Walker. After the Florida Orange and Blue Debut, Walker said the group calls itself "the Fantastic Four." He said he was tempted to commit to the Gators that day, but decided to wait until after his visit to Tusculoosa, which he took last weekend for the annual A-Day spring game. On Sunday at the Nike Football Training Camp at Wide World of Sports, each time Walker made a big play during the one-on-one lineman drills, he would throw up a triangle-shaped sign with both hands, which is the Alabama sign. The consensus 4-star prospect is scheduled to end all speculation by making his decision public March 24. Sandalwood coach Adam Geis, who said his team is scheduled for a spring jamboree with Olympia and Evans at Evans High on May 25, confirmed both Alabama’s visit to the school Monday, as well as Walker’s potentially favoring Alabama. | Interesting. Public perception isn't always the truth in recruiting. Reply Back to Top |
Do you have a confirmed list of who will visit this weekend. Reply Back to Top
How many recruits do y'all think we'll have committed before the start of the season? And what is everybody's can't miss prospect? Reply Back to Top
I think we have 20 spots full. We will have 4-5 left, for +1 type kids. Reply Back to Top Refresh
