My top choices would be Garrick McGee, Butch Davis, Charlie Strong and possibly Greg Roman.

I'm perfectly fine with letting you guys have him for one year so he can implement his system and then bring him home in December/January.

Yeah, I'm not a fan of this scenario either

He needs AT LEAST 3-4 years HC experience.

Let me tell you something about Jeff Long and his coaching searches....no one knows shite and they put a lot of incorrect info out there to derail you. Don't believe anything you hear until there is a press conference and a new coach wiggling his fingers and yelling WPS.

I hope we don't get him unless its a one year contract where he is judged by how the team performs this year. But it blows my mind that Tennessee fans are laughing at this. He is the sole reason Tennessee is a national name and a hell of a lot better coach than Derrick Dooley...
