| Then surely, Ark and CBP should have ease in defending her hiring? Unless some better candidate that applied cares to step forward, and cause a stink? | What are the chances that others who participated in the hiring were aware of the "special" bond that the two of them had? Remember, no one thought that the head coach would get into a motorcycle accident with her and bring this all to light. If others knew it raises all kinds of questions about the fairness of the hiring process. Even if she is qualified for the position that does not mean that there was not bias in the hiring process.
