This was red X'ed at work, glad I pulled it back up at home lol Reply Back to Top
The only thing I would be worried about is if Ware opted out and he and Pollard decided to go to Georgetown. The distance thing could be mitigated by having a friend there. That said, I suspect Ware meets with Ray and sticks around, and I like where we stand with Pollard. Not a sure thing obviously, but things are looking good, outside of the fact that Georgetown gets the last visit. This post was edited on 4/4 at 8:49 pm Reply Back to Top
I'm glad someone appreciates my work And yeah, Greg doesn't think he'll opt out of his LOI but you never know. I'm more worried about how Pollard's visit will go. Hopefully he and his mother will experience everything they need to in order for him to come here. Reply Back to Top
I think it's going to come down to the fact that his mom can come see him play much more often in Tuscaloosa and our depth chart is slightly more appealing. And by think I mean hope. I will be 100x more confident going into next season if he signs with us though. We really need an athletic big to replace Green. Reply Back to Top
Kyle Cain, an Arizona State transfer, is down to us, South Florida, and UNC-Greensboro. I don't want us to take him because we need immediate help unless he's got a special waiver I don't know about. Reply Back to Top
Not sure what to think of that. He was decently productive last year, 7 and 5.5 RPG in 23 minutes. Looks like we offered him out of high school, along with Illinois and West Virginia. I don't really know much about him, but if he had a waiver it might not be a bad thing. Otherwise I'm with you, not too sure I'm that interested. Reply Back to Top
He signed with someone last year before getting out of his LOI due to a coaching change IIRC. He was a late signing period option when that happened. Reply Back to Top
Seems like he can't make up his mind Anyone know how big/tall?? Gonna go find some stuff Reply Back to Top
meh...... rather short, a banger inside but only listed at 6'7 210 7.5 PPG in 23.4 min 5.5 boards .769 FT % 1.8 TO a game, we don't need that ![]() Reply Back to Top

Unless we just don't feel confident about landing Taylor or keeping Hale for the 2013 class, I don't really see a reason for taking him. Reply Back to Top
I know that this kid had attitude problems as well. Even though he isnt tall i read that he has a very long wing span. Wish we had room but Id rather continue to build through recruiting if possible Reply Back to Top
Didn't know he had to sit out a year, in that case---PASS. Reply Back to Top
Damn dude You really didn't understand transfer rules? All transfers must sit out a year unless there's extreme circumstances which will grant them a waiver. Reply Back to Top |
Mitchell and Hankerson transferring per Andrew Grimble. So we now have 3 spots to fill, correct? Reply Back to Top
We better have players coming in. I liked hankerson. :( This post was edited on 4/6 at 4:44 pm Reply Back to Top
Yeah, he was the one player on the team who you could say without question had no fear of shooting the ball. I thought he played pretty good defense too; always played with a lot of effort. He couldn't do much of anything off the dribble though. I wish him well. Reply Back to Top

I wish Hank nothing but the best. I wish Eblen would have gone instead of him but oh well. I wonder if we will use all 3 scholarships now? This post was edited on 4/6 at 5:52 pm Reply Back to Top Refresh
