SEC teams that CAN'T win a National Championship

Was looking over teams that are capable of winning the National Championship this year. And it got me to thinking who isn't capable of winning it. So based on history,recruiting base, faculties, and coaching. I came up with this list
Can win a NC
Auburn
Alabama
Florida
Tennessee
LSU
Teams that will never win a NC
Arkansas
Ole Miss
Miss State
South Carolina
Kentucky
Missouri
Vanderbilt

Georgia
Can win a NC

Almost any team in the SEC technically can win a national championship just by winning the conference to get into the playoffs. I would say any team sans State Kentucky and Vandy could win it any given year.

Mizzou was 1/2 of football away from a NC game twice in the past 8 seasons.
I agree it's not likely, or as least not as likely as several other SEC schools but "can't" is just stupid.
