I'm talking actual fist fight with another man. A straight up, not pre-determined, fight with another male using only fist.

I got into one as recently as 2013 in the parking lot behind a bar in Ttown after my roommate got jumped. I hit him a couple times in the face, he hit me a couple times. I like to call it a draw but it wasn't, I won. The cops showed up and I walked away like nothing happened back to my apartment. Had a black eye and loose tooth the next day but I'm not going to lie, I enjoyed it.

Almost 15 years ago, some guy was trying to start a fight with my brother... I punched him before he knew what happened... The it was an all out brawl, no serious injuries, just a lot of sore people...

Ten years ago - I was on my farm working on my tractor when he came driving-up pissed about something or another .... nothing major.

He was smaller than I, although I did not realize it at the time honestly ... but he was a black belt in karate and tried kicking me in the nuts - to which I popped him in his nugget, smack in the nose, and he immediately tried regrouping.

My hand hurt at the time because it was the first time I had thrown-down in a couple of decades, probably since the knife fight under the old bridge in Charleston after leaving Henry's one night ... but anyways, the old moves immediately came back to me and I was amazed that I still had the viciousness and the jab ... it rocked him and he backed-off.

I temple slugged him again as he was going for the cockpit of his Dodge truck ... I wanted him to know that I was not fricking around with his redneck arse.

He was driving away, eventually to the hospital, and I picked up a rock and threw it at his windshield. Pretty immature for a fifty-something man at the time but I was pissed and was harking back to my meaner younger days when non-one would have dared to drive onto my property and doughnutted my soil in my presence.

We're friends now.

Sheesh, in my younger days I busted more than one metacarpal on a fricktard's nugget. Eventually I learned to scar them in other ways.

Once I'm dead I suspect the truth will come-out.

I mean, I don't go around sucker punching strangers and I've never been in a random brawl.

That's what I mean by that. None of the meet at sonic bullshite.

I've only ever dropped my gloves once. That would go in the pre-determined column, I suspect.

Do you regret that ... or no.

One fight is too few.

Fifty really vicious fights before I was in my mid thirties .... one highly publicized .... is too many.

I was mean. But many times I was also drunk.

I could have avoid a few but chose not to and I do regret that.

I lost three in total ... all costly in terms of scars and broken facial bones.

We're all different I guess.

I wasn't born that way - my Dad and older brothers and being poor white trash made me that way I suppose.

Last month. Construction worker hit me with a wheelbarrow and didn't apologize so we scuffled. Strangled him and moved on with my day.

Gotta love Mexico.

Don't regret it at all. I just never get mad enough to rise to the bait of fisticuffs, typically.

The lone fight in question was on the bball court when this big Russian dude attacked me because he thought he had the advantage.

For the record, he was wrong

The last person I person I punched was my paralyzed older brother. He's in a wheelchair from a spinal cord injury and is paralyzed from the legs down. I have to be cautious when I walk near him cause he likes to punch or smack me in the nuts. One day I was in a particularly bad mood and he got me so the first thing I did was punch him in the face. Felt good.

12 years ago. Redneck bar in west Fort Worth.... me and a couple of friends of mine were laughing at this Tyrion Lannister look-a-like with a mullet who also brought his gigantic mammoth of a wife. They approach the bar where she sits down and her arse literally engulfed the stool to where there's no stool only 4 legs sticking out. We were all pretty trashed at that point. One of my friends goes to order another bucket of beers and made some smartass comment to him while waiting and things got a little chippy. Nothing becomes of it and we shoot another 3-4 rounds of pool til about 1:30 in the morning when we pay our tabs and start to leave. The fricking little shite called a couple of his trailer trash buddies to ambush us in the parking lot where we threw down. Unfortunately for them one of my friends was a Marine on leave and the other did 5 years in state prison when he was younger on a manslaughter charge. They had no chance. Over before it even began.
