True or False?

For reference, Fournette got 1,100 yards last year on 187 carries.

I think he'd probably have to get 250+ carries this year to get 1,500 yards. I don't think he'll get that many carries.

False. He will get 200-225 carries and have around 1300 yards.

So you're saying with a very good returning OL, our WRs and QBs all coming back, and no freshman learning curve to start the year, that he'll hace lower YPC?

I'm bad at math, NVM

He gets 1,500 IMO. True. He'll get a ton of carries and he's apparently much improved.

I think his YPC will go up, at 5.5 ypc it'd take him over 270 carries to get 1,500.

At 6 ypc he'd need 250 carries to get 1,500 yards, I don't think he'll get 250 carries.

True. He will average 40 rushes a game. We all know LSU can't pass the ball.

It doesn't matter how many yards he has, if the passing yards don't go up we won't be in contention for anything but the West cellar

That's going to be difficult to do in 12 games. No matter how strong he is, I don't think he gets enough carries to reach 1500

In 2013 Jeremy Hill rushed for 1,400 yards on 203 carries.

I think he puts up numbers comparable to Jeremy Hill's in 2013. LSU won't ride him to the point that he'd start to wear down. Les has always used a RB by committee approach.

I expect D Williams to net 100 or so Carries, Guice, Brossette and Ducre to each have 50-100. Fournette will likely net around 200-220 for 1,300-1,350 yards.

Well, I'll just say it would be out of character for an LSU running back to get 1,500 yards.

Leaning towards false.

That's a tough one. He will have to break a lot of long runs. I don't think he'll get enough carries to grind out that many yards without having a high number of 20+ runs.
